Vordermeier Company was established in 1945 by Harry J. Vordermeier, Sr. Harry (Sr.) and his son, Harry J. Vordemeier, Jr. are the only two Broward County residents to hold the distinct honor of serving as both president of the Florida Association of Realtors and Chairman of the Florida Real Estate Commission. Harry Sr laid the foundation for generations to come, with a focus on excellence, professionalism, and an uncompromising set of client-focused priorities proven to drive success.

Suzanne has more than 30 years experience in the family business. She’s been married for over 30 years to Tim Waterhouse. They have 4 children. She enjoys many outdoor activities such as diving, paddle boarding, snow skiing among others.

Suzanne attended Stephens College for Women and Florida State University. She holds a graduate level degree from the Institute of Commercial Real Estate (CCIM) in Financial Analysis.
